Instructions for use:

Body ~ Under running water with exfoliating gloves or loofah use large circular strokes onto skin, work into a lather, rinse well and repeat if necessary. Follow with your prescribed E~8 body care products.

Hair ~ On wet hair apply directly to hair & scalp. Work into a lather adding water as needed and continue massaging cleansing bar into scalp and hair for 2-3 minutes. Rinse well and follow with your prescribed E~8 hair care products.

Face ~ With clean hands under running water create a lather and apply on to dry or damp skin using upward circular motions for 1-2 minutes. Slowly add water until product forms a natural lather. Continue upward circular strokes over entire face, neck, & décolleté for 1-2 minutes. Then rinse well and follow with your E~8 prescribed toner and moisturizer.
